Don't you love rooms that have an element of surprise or a bit of the unexpected?
My friend, Tricia, recently redecorated her powder bath and I just had to share this with you. A small room with just a few changes but what an impact!Tricia chose a stunning black and white damask wallpaper which works wonderfully with her black distressed cabinetry.
She highlighted the black mirror with touches of silver and turquoise.
And brought in her element of surprise with a turquoise ceiling paired with silver crown molding and baseboards. Silver paint by Modern Masters. This being a small space it was impossible to get a shot of the entire room but honestly the beauty here is in the details and I'm loving these details!
Wallpaper and two small cans of paint! Imagine what YOU could do with wallpaper and two cans of paint! Have you experimented with the metallic paints?
Thank you, Tricia, for sharing your stunning powder bath with us!
Wallpaper was purchased at Munger Paint and Wallcovering in Oklahoma City.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning, Sonya! My powder room is the same ~ I hit an elbow into the wall or door whenever I try to get a decent picture. Love that wallpaper pattern, and your friend, Tricia, really did what I always think about powder rooms ~ they can be little jewel boxes. You can probably get a little more creative with them because they are so small. She definitely made this a little jewel box!
