The Mill at Gibsonville

You know how sometimes a picture is worth a thousands words?
Well, in this case a picture is just a glimpse.
A glimpse of what you would see if you travel just outside the Greensboro, NC area, to the small town of Gibsonville. There, just off main street, you will find the most delightful home furnishings and accessories store, The Mill.
"The Mill at Gibsonville is situated in the historic Liberty Hosiery Mills building originally constructed in 1890 in the heart of downtown."
Everywhere you look you'll find something to inspire you. From original artwork to repurposed finds...from upcycled vintage furniture to industrial custom furniture.
Ever wonder where you could find one of these amazing industrial cart/coffee tables for your own home? The Mill has them in all sorts of shapes, sizes and colors.  Even better, you can commission the craftsmen here to make one just for you! Specific to your dimensions and style.
Honestly, these are so cool. I can't decide which ones I like better...the painted ones or maybe one with a more natural, stained finish! (like the one shown above with the guitar)
I was very intrigued with these.

Indulging in a bit of self photography.
And The Mill is your go-to place for Annie Sloan Chalk Paint! Everything you need to complete a project with this product can be found here. You can even order ASCP from The Mill's online store.
I thoroughly enjoyed browsing through this store, meeting the owners & employees and getting a glimpse of all the creativity that is a daily part of this place.  Thank you Jim & Chris!
If you get a chance, be sure to stop by and see what's new at The Mill! Or take a minute and browse through their website.
You won't be disappointed! Things are changing daily over there so there's always something new and creative to see!

Up next...more behind the creativity at The Mill!

  15. Okay, I had a long comment that Blogger just lost. I love everything in that store. The round bins on the floor look like some I saw at Rachel Ashwell's B&B, that I just posted about. I was also intrigued by them and wondered what they were and where she got them. Trying to get up to OK to see my mom, but some other things got in the way. Stay cool.
