I imagine you're thinking that this is one of those random posts where the content has nothing in common. As strange as it may seem this Love Story and the Giveaway do have something in common.
My daughter Kaleigh wrote this lovely little story that explains things a bit and I thought is was just too cute not to share!
A Love Story for Lifetime
by Kaleigh Hamilton
Once upon a time….there was a girl. She worked at Lucca, a fashionable clothing boutique, where she got to do every girl’s dream: play dress up all day long and open “presents” full of pretty clothes. But despite all the fun she had, the girl was a bit sad, because she had no boy. Not completely sad and certainly not depressed, because this is the 21st century and she is an independent woman. Plus that might turn off our feministic friends. Let’s just say she was open to the idea of sharing her independent ways with someone. And by that I mean that she had no boy.So our heroine went to work, day in and day out, placing orders and helping others and in general very happy with her life. But sometimes she just wondered, “God, when will I meet my Prince Charming?” Little did she know, he was just on the other side of the phone…and country.
Our hero was a very charming, princely kind of guy who owned a clothing company called Idylle. Lucca just happened to carry Idylle’s clothing line. So on one fateful day, our heroine called our hero to place an order for more shirts (because they were flying off the racks of course). As soon as boy heard girl, trumpets sounded! Bells were ringing, birds tweeting (in the normal sense, not the social media site sense), love had sprung! Her voice! It was the most heavenly sound our hero had ever heard. He had to meet her! But how?
Enter the Match Maker. Our heroine had a boss who was more than a boss; more like a great friend. The type of friend that loves you and cares about you and will always be on the lookout for cute persons for you to love. So when our matchmaker met our hero in person and our hero casually mentioned his love for the faceless voice (in a very charming, princely way of course. Not creepy or scary at all), our matchmaker just KNEW it was meant to be. She traveled back to OK to convince our heroine of the Hottie Mc Hotter who had fallen for her voice and to exchange e-mails with him.
