I am so excited to introduce you to one of the most talented artists I know! Donna Leota! And she has offered a pair of her hand crafted earrings as a giveaway to one of my readers! 

In addition to her jewelry design, this multi-talented artist has worked as a professional faux finisher specializing in plasters and cabinetry work, colour consulting, and is currently a featured artist for Idylle Clothing LLC. Like I said...very talented!

"These earrings will go with anything in my closet.... If I’m happy I wear them , if I’m sad I wear them, if I’m confused about what to wear , I wear them. A couple of years ago I saw a very similar pair on a good friend of the family. She is always so put together and I have so much admiration for her for so many reasons... one is..she speaks five languages and she makes her own marshmallows. That just impresses me. Anyhow, she had these fantastic earrings on and I asked where she got them and as luck would have it; she purchased them 20 years ago in SPAIN! So no, I couldn’t just run out and buy them. So I made them. It rained all day today, so what better way to spend the day than to make a few variations of these. Sterling, bronze, and milky jade stones..some have little blush stones but they all serve the same purpose and that is to be a cornerstone piece to build on.."

Each and every piece of donnaleota jewelry is hand crafted from copper, sterling silver and/or bronze.  Donna uses semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls and various other stones in a myriad of colors to create the most stunning pieces of art.
