Walking into my friend Angel's home is such an experience for me!
Her home is warm and inviting but also full of inspiration!
Just off the front entry of Angel's home is the study. Crisp blue walls accented with black & white furniture and decor.
Everywhere you turn there is something to see and spark your imagination.
The window panels are a tablecloth hung with clip rings. "You can hang anything if you've got clip rings!" That is so true! The multi-colored crystals hanging from the chandelier are magnetic.I don't know what you call these little iron climbing men...but aren't they fun! (I keep thinking there's a joke here about men hanging around but I'm not clever enough to figure it out! I'd mess up the punch line anyway! LOL!)
Here's a view of the living room and the brick wall Angel painted.
Notice here mini gallery wall and how she hung the square plates.
Love this sweet little table and crystal lamp.
Now, here's something unexpected that you don't see everyday! I'm not sure if this is a cello or a bass. My sister, Stacy, will let me know as soon as she reads this post!
I left one of my favorite pieces for last. This molded plywood, mid-century chair is a Cherner original. Just beautiful! And I love how Angel casually stacked the books beneath.
I'm inspired every time I visit!
Hope you were too!

ReplyDeleteAngel's home is beautiful! I love the blue walls in the study and that gorgeous little crystal table lamp. And yes, it's a bass. :)
ReplyDeleteI love those little men rappelling down {or up} her wall, Sonya. How cute and what a great whimsical home she has. I love whimsy in a home because I think it helps make a home feel more welcoming and "us" when we allow our personalities free rein.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these great pics - love those blue walls in the study!
ReplyDeleteThat is the most beautiful house I have ever seen! Thanks for such a great blog. I have in the midst of breast cancer and am at home with nothing to do but wait for the next doctor appointment. My trusty iPad and some really good blogs are lifting my spirits!
